1. Size
 Always indicate the inside dimensions!
All dimensions must be submitted in millimetres.
Sequence of dimensions: Length (l) x width (b) x height (h)
2. Box type
If known, enter the FEFCO code.
Alternatively, send us a drawing or sample.
If required, send a sample of the product to be packed to our development department, who will then propose a suitable packaging type.
3. Corrugated cardboard grade
Specify the cardboard grade and type. HANS KOLB Wellpappe will assist you in finding the best corrugated material type for your needs. Criteria:
Are the goods to be packed strong enough to withstand the box compression when stacked?
Does the packaging bear the weight of the stack alone
(e.g. in the case of bulk material)?
Of great importance is the specification of the weight of the goods to be packed.
4. Closure
Specify the closure you wish to use (glued, taped, stapled).
HANS KOLB Wellpappe assists you in finding the best solution, taking into account wear, strength requirements,
size and packaging type.
5. Print
Send us your design in digital format, in the form of final artwork, sketches or sample packaging.
HANS KOLB Wellpappe assists you in implementing your ideas, in cooperation with our pre-print specialists.

6. Colour
Specify the colours you wish to use (HKS or
Pantone).
HANS KOLB Wellpappe can mix any colour in its ink mixing unit. We help you find the best colour for your products. On your request, we produce proofs.
7. Die-cuts
Cut-out handles, sight windows or other die-cut structures are produced based on your specifications.
8. Packaging
Our products are delivered in bundles, on Euro pallets, non-returnable or special pallets. On request, we shrink-wrap your consignment and secure it with plastic straps.
9. Transport
Pallet height 1.90 m; for jumbo transport: 1.40 m.
