SKINBOARD
is a coated corrugated cardboard with enhanced adherence for skin foil. The coating also provides a protective barrier layer, e.g. keeping out moisture.
SKINBOARD combines the advantages of high dynamic protection for fragile goods, excellent stability provided by the fluted profile, special gluing of the various paper layers (preventing detachment by the reactive forces of the foil), integrated corrosion protection and recycling through established channels.
SKINBOARD surface:
Optimised connection between the corrugated cardboard and the surface foil guarantees excellent vacuum properties, suitabile for four-colour printing; barrier layer between the packed good and the carrier material.
